• Social Media Data – When you connect your social media accounts (such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to Influseek, we use your encrypted credentials to fetch your social media profile information, follower counts, engagement metrics, audience demographics, and other analytics data. This data is retrieved securely using official APIs and encrypted connections.
• Payment & Financial Data – For influencers receiving payments, we collect bank account details or payment wallet information to process campaign payouts. All financial data is encrypted and handled through secure payment processors.
• Communication Data – Messages, proposals, and communications exchanged between brands and influencers through our platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to power the core functionality of Influseek and provide you with the best influencer marketing experience:

• Profile Matching & Campaign Assignment – We analyze your profile data, social media metrics, audience demographics, and content niche to match you with relevant brand campaigns. Our algorithms use this data to recommend the most suitable collaborations for both influencers and brands.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking – Your connected social media data helps us generate analytics reports, track campaign performance, measure engagement, and provide insights to both you and the brands you work with.
• Account Management – To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide customer support when needed.
• Payment Processing – To facilitate secure payment transactions between brands and influencers for completed campaigns.
• Platform Improvement – To improve our services, develop new features, and enhance the overall user experience based on aggregated and anonymized usage patterns.
• Communication – To send you important updates about your account, campaign notifications, and (with your consent) marketing communications about new opportunities.

4. Data Security

5. YouTube API Services

InfluSeek uses YouTube API Services to access your YouTube channel data when you choose to connect your YouTube account. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Through the YouTube API, we access:

• Your channel name, profile picture, and description
• Video analytics and performance metrics
• Subscriber counts and audience demographics
• Engagement data (views, likes, comments)

In addition to our normal procedures for deleting stored data, you can revoke InfluSeek's access to your YouTube data via the Google Security Settings.

6. Third-Party API Data Collection

When you connect social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) to InfluSeek, we use official APIs provided by these platforms to fetch your data. We collect:

• Public Profile Data – Username, display name, profile picture, bio, and account verification status.
• Analytics & Insights – Follower/subscriber counts, engagement rates, reach, impressions, and growth trends.
• Audience Demographics – Age ranges, gender distribution, geographic locations, and interests (where available).
• Content Performance – Metrics for your posts, videos, or stories including views, likes, shares, and comments.

This data is used to power influencer discovery, campaign matching, and performance analytics for brands.

7. Your Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to delete your data from InfluSeek at any time. When you disconnect a social media account:

• Access tokens are immediately revoked
• All data fetched from that platform is deleted within 24 hours
• Backup data is permanently removed within 30 days

To delete your data, log in to your account, navigate to your profile settings, and click "Disconnect" next to any connected platform. For detailed instructions, visit our Data Deletion page.
