1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Influseek website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Influseek provides a platform for influencers to create portfolios - InfluFolio and InfluLink pages, and for brands to discover and connect with influencers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the content you post. By posting content to the service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Influseek and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both in India and foreign countries.

6. Social Media Integrations

InfluSeek allows you to connect your social media accounts (including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others) to our platform. By connecting these accounts, you:

  • Authorize InfluSeek to access your profile information, analytics, and audience data through official platform APIs
  • Consent to the collection and use of this data for influencer discovery, campaign matching, and performance tracking
  • Agree to keep your connected accounts in good standing and authorized for API access
  • Acknowledge that disconnecting an account will result in the deletion of all associated data from our platform

You may disconnect any connected account at any time through your profile settings. For instructions, visit our Data Deletion page.

7. Third-Party Services

InfluSeek integrates with third-party platforms and services. By using these integrations, you also agree to the terms and policies of these services:
